Laura Bohnenblust Responds at isaResearch 2025 in Vienna

"It was a great pleasure to be the respondent to the panel Speaking, Chanting and Listening at the isaResearch Summer School in Vienna," said Laura Bohnenblust, who joined the event on Wednesday, July 23.

The panel featured presentations by Vita Zelenska, Andrew Eumatatay, and Iacob Sahel, exploring themes of sound, activism, and urban space — from activist reading practices to community radio in 1980s Birmingham.

Part of SOUND, POLITICS, AND THE URBAN LABORATORY, isaResearch is the interdisciplinary summer school of mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, offering a critical forum for early-stage researchers as part of the annual isa – International Summer Academy.
